1. What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, email address and company. Content you create in Cloudhub. Technical data such as browser type, device, IP address and pages visited. Billing details, which are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
2. Why we collect it
To run the service, to support you when something goes wrong, to keep accounts secure, to bill you correctly, and to understand which features are actually used so we can improve them.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the service. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the providers that help us run Cloudhub: hosting, email delivery, payments, error tracking and analytics. Each one is bound by contract to protect it. We never sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Account and content data for as long as your account is open, then thirty days so you can change your mind. Billing records for as long as tax law requires. Logs for ninety days.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hi@cloudhub.com and we will respond within thirty days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to count visits. You can refuse analytics cookies without losing any functionality.
8. International transfers
Our servers are in the EU and the US. When data moves between regions we use the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
9. Children
Cloudhub is not intended for anyone under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.
