1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Cloudhub you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure and making sure the people you invite follow these terms. Tell us straight away if you think someone has gained access without permission.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Cloudhub to break the law, to send spam, to upload malware, to scrape the service, or to reverse engineer any part of it. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and display that content so we can run the service for you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train models.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices can change with at least thirty days notice.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Cloudhub online but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever we can.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after giving notice where it is reasonable to do so. You can export your data for thirty days after closure.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cloudhub is provided as is, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
